Exchanges

Exchanges must be requested and delivered within 15 days of receiving your order.

Items purchased on sale are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All tags and packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Shipping cost will not me refunded

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit provider to process the refund.
