Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.

Pre-orders are processed within 10–60 business days, depending on the piece. Each garment is made with intention and care, and estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If you have not received your order within 5 days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us with your order details.

Undeliverable packages

If a package is refused or is otherwise undeliverable, the carrier may return the package. We are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly at the time of order. Please note packages cannot be delivered to forwarding addresses.
